A short review, before it leaves theaters.
I enjoyed it. Solo was a fun adventure tale that was different from every previous Star Wars movie. The story was just a tad heavy on the fan service, but I wouldn't mind seeing a sequel. I'm sad that it's not doing very well.
And Donald Glover as Lando was awesome.

movies2k - I don't know that this film had any redeeming features. The lead actor had no charisma, no swagger like the original character and reminded me more of Jack Black than Harrison Ford. The rest of the cast do an ok job but mostly fall short of creating anything memorable. This has to be the worst film in the franchise so far!!
