Empathy

This is Illinois Governor, J. B. Pritzker, speaking at the Northwestern University commencement. 

I love this. It's brilliant, beautiful, and a good explanation for why Conservatism is NOT the way to a better future for all human beings. Conservatives have failed the test.

    As an Illinois resident, Pritzker has my vote as long as he wants it. He wasn't my first choice the year he got elected (I was a Daniel Biss guy), but he's been great and I have no complaints.

    I love it when people step up and meet the moment. We've been at a crossroads for years now and it's encouraging to see good, smart people in government who get that and want to lead us to a better future. What a concept.
