Cheney: "Please don't eat my house."

This really is like shooting fish in a barrel, but jeez. Is the Vice President this out of touch, insane, or just lying?

CNN Interview

In an interview with CNN's Wolf Blitzer, conducted a day after Bush delivered his State of the Union address, Cheney was asked to respond to some Republicans in Congress who "are now seriously questioning your credibility, because of the blunders and the failures."

To that, Cheney answered, "Wolf, Wolf, I simply don't accept the premise of your question. I just think it's hogwash."

Cheney said the U.S.-led ouster of Saddam Hussein was the right move. "The world is much safer today because of it," Cheney said.
Yes, there were no blunders. No failures. And the world is much safer. Also, war is peace, black is white, and Wal-Mart loves its employees.

Afterwards, Cheney added,

"Look at me. I'm making people Happy! I'm the magical man, from Happy Land, who lives in a gumdrop house on Lolly Pop Lane!"
