That's a good skit; but Horatio always had a problem with cracking up. He seemed incapable of doing anything without starting to laugh. Unprofessional.
That said, my favorite running gag involving him were the guys singing the Christmas song with the keyboard.

Oh, and good job losing the weight. Kinda lost sight of the OP.
I always liked the Christmas song as well. It was very catchy and Tracy Morgan's dancing was awesome.
