Here are the results of my quarterly blood test.
76 Glucose (Excellent)
117 Total Cholesterol (less than 200 is desirable)
130 Triglycerides (less than 150 is normal)
52 LDL (bad) Cholesterol (less than 100 is optimal)
39 HDL (good) Cholesterol (slightly below normal of 40-50)
5.4 A1C (4-5.9 is normal)
Very good numbers. My HDL is still persistently underperforming, however. The most effective pharmaceutical way to bring it up is to take Niacin which is, unfortunately, contra-indicated by some of my other meds.
