Yes, MY Agency is breaking the budget

Here's a fascinating chart detailing the 2010 Federal budget with agencies in proportional size to their budgets. Not surprisingly, the biggest chunk goes to Defense. We've been attacked once in the last sixty years. I'm not saying we don't need a military, but do we really need a military whose budget is nearly larger than all other countries combined?!?
