When we were in Indiana a couple of weeks ago, we visited a tiny town, Shipshewana, in one of the largest Amish/Mennonite enclaves in the country. This small town, the only Indiana site listed in 1,000 Places to See Before You Die, hosts a huge variety of events during the summer months, including the weekly flea market, billed as the largest in the Midwest. We went with some of our family and had a good time checking out the hundreds of booths, seeing just about everything you can imagine for sale.
Of course a lot of the merchandise was imported from Asia, complete with Asian packaging. Now I don't what kind of advertising standards they have in Asia, but I found this t-shirt package particularly interesting.
Click on it to take a closer look. Had enough?
Now that's an attractive t-shirt model. Is this the t-shirt packager's son-in-law? Did the owner lose a bet? Was this some disgruntled employee's attempt at sabotage?
It's almost inconceivable in its awfulness.
Anyway, thought I'd share the pain. Just remember, you've now seen it. You can't un-see it!
