Allah 1, Jesus 0

Allah, or perhaps Zeus, decided to take it out on Touchdown Jesus yesterday.  The kitschy roadside eyesore went up in flames after being struck by lightning.

Here's what I don't get.  Evangelicals are often able to divine the hand of god from the most tenuous connections.  For example, gays caused Hurricane Katrina to wipe out New Orleans.  Or secularists caused 9/11. 

So why are they rebuilding this thing?  Isn't the message plain?
