Note to Metro train operator: The Metro stop near the National Archives is pronounced “Ar–kives” not “Ar-chives”.
Operators are excused from not knowing how to pronounce “Grosvenor” and “L’Enfant” but you are expected to know how to pronounce Archives. That is all.
