A guy came by the house today looking for gutter-cleaning work. We seriously needed the gutters cleaned so Carol hired him for his asking price of $50.
$50 to clean our filthy, clogged gutters, both stories, front and back, in frigid temperatures and high winds.
Times are indeed hard for some.
