Once many state legislatures were swept by Republicans in 2010, they started to pass legislation to fight the problem of voter fraud, including voter ID laws and restricting early voting. Of course, there is no problem in America of voter fraud, so it really looks like they're just trying to restrict the rights of those who might vote against them.
