As part of the Affordable Healthcare Act, the government has mandated that insurance companies provide many women's health services for free, including abuse counseling and contraceptives. This is a win/win for women, their health and even saves all of us money. If every woman in America who didn't want to get pregnant used birth control, abortions would stop almost completely.
Of course, since the topic reeks of evil SEX, conservatives are against it. Even though it will save billions of dollars in the long run.
