Staycation - Day 8

I took a break yesterday and the whole family went to some friends for an all-day, back-to-back Lord of the Rings marathon!  We watched the new Blu-Ray discs of the extended versions of all three movies.  Took about thirteen hours with breaks and dinner. 

The last time I did a back-to-back viewing was five years ago.  Seeing the movies in beautiful high definition in our friends' home theatre was just amazing. 

Can't wait for the Hobbit so we can do it again.  :-)
