So if the Wealthy in America are the “job creators” and unemployment is still high while taxes are the lowest they’ve been in decades, then WHY THE HECK AREN’T THEY CREATING ANY JOBS?!? The conservative talking point suggests that the wealthy job creators are absolutely key to ending our economic woes.
So get off your rich butts and do it already.
Or is it possible that the talking point is incorrect and reality is more complicated than that? That perhaps the talking point is merely to protect the rich from paying their fair share of taxes and we are actually in a bad economy due to depressed consumer demand, which tends to happen when millions of people lose their jobs. You know, like Keynesian economics predicts?
