Ipecac in a red state

We're in Indiana visiting family. Carol's parents have no Internet or cable so we've been in kind of a virtual deadzone for the past several days. We're switching to my Mom's tonight and she has both, so the media onslaught on our lives can recommence.

I experience this whenever I go "home" to Maine. The whole Northern portion of the state seems to be a virtual dead zone. Perhaps this helped mold Stephen King's vivid imagination.

What was even more annoying was that despite being at the start of our billing cycle, we were short on data bandwidth for our phones because my son had been watching videos over 3G! So even though we usually don't come close to the data cap, we were limited from the start. It made an annoying situation even worse.
