U.S. District Judge Orlando Garcia ruled Wednesday that Texas' ban on same-sex marriage is unconstitutional, the Houston Chronicle and the Dallas Morning News report.Very soon, much sooner than anyone could have guessed, marriage equality will be the law in every state. Conservatives are trying desperately to stop it, witness Arizona’s recent passage of “we hate you so we won’t serve you” legislation against gays, but they are failing and will continue to fail.
Marriage equality is coming.
