"I'd like to punch him in the face," Trump said, remarking that a man disrupting his rally was escorted out with a smile on his face. "He's smiling, having a good time." [...]
Trump claimed the protester was "nasty as hell" and accused the man of trying to punch the security officers forcing him out of the rally, though the man did not appear to be fighting off those officers.
"In the old days," Trump added, protesters would be "carried out on stretchers."
"We're not allowed to push back anymore," Trump said. LinkNow imagine that President Obama said he wanted to punch a conservative protester in the face. Can't even imagine that? That's because the President isn't twelve years old like Trump apparently is. But if the President did say that, you can bet the code word "Thug" would be used immediately by outraged conservatives calling for impeachment. For Trump, they applaud wildly.
When Trump bemoans "the old days" when protesters could be roughed up, I'm presuming he's thinking about Munich in the 1920's. But that's just my guess.

Or Birmingham in the 1960s.
Let's face it, there is a rich landscape of appropriate places and times for Trump to choose from!
