Nice knowing you, Georgia!

As business restrictions ease, Georgians on their own to fight virus
Kemp’s decision this week to begin reopening the state for business made Georgia an outlier among the states by focusing on the pandemic’s most serious collateral damage. Georgia still ranks in the lowest tier of states in coronavirus testing rates, and the statewide death toll now exceeds 800.
Under Kemp’s orders, businesses such as gyms, barber shops and tattoo parlors may reopen on Friday. Restaurants may resume dine-in service next Monday. And Kemp appeared ready to let a statewide shelter-at-home order expire on April 30.
He faced withering criticism Tuesday, especially from some local-government officials, whom he barred from imposing their own restrictions when the statewide measures end.

A lot of people have more sense than the Republicans are showing in this "reopen" America bullshit, led by our idiot in chief.  I'm willing to bet that the vast majority of Georgians will ignore the asshole Kemp and stay safe in their homes.

As always with Republicans, you should remember:

DON'T VOTE FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT YOU DEAD.

In Illinois, we're currently under lockdown until April 30. Gov. Pritzker has been very proactive during this. He's regularly been one of the first governors to act, so I expect it will be extended through May. He's already announced that changes are coming.

Our neighboring state, Iowa, still has no stay-at-home orders. If you live in Illinois, you know that Iowa stands for "Idiots outside walking around." Nice to see they're living up to that.
