My favorite part of this is that the cause was the bigger, richer boats sped past and swamped the smaller boats with no regard for their well-being. What could be more Republican?
There is no better metaphor for the Trumpublican party than a bullshit parade where the poorer people, thinking that they have some class solidarity, get completely hosed over by the rich people who weren't even aware that there were poor people around.
