The Trial

I hope everyone is watching the second impeachment trial of Donald J. Trump. It's a brutal, devastating indictment of Trump and his responsibility for the murderous mob that attacked the U.S. Capitol. The footage of the actual attack is horrific, and everyone in the mob needs to be arrested and convicted.

I won't say what everyone is thinking about the outcome of the trial, but will say this.

If you are a U.S. Senator and watch the case being made against Trump and still vote not to convict, you are not only complicit in this insurrection, but you have no loyalty to the United States, your fellow Congresspeople, your staff, the Capitol police, or anyone who works at the Capitol. You have betrayed them all and you dishonor those who died to protect you. You also have no moral center or sense of justice. You are a monster and do not deserve to serve the American people.

Justice demands to be done against Trump.
