What's the difference?

O-M-G!  This week, Herman Cain actually said that Elvis told him to run for President:
“I prayed and prayed and prayed to Elvis,” Cain told about 100 members of the Georgia Young Republicans in Atlanta on Saturday.
“I’m a man of faith in Elvis, I had to do a lot of praying for this one, more praying than I’d ever done before in my life. And when I finally realized that it was Elvis saying that this is what I needed to do, I was like Colonel Parker. ‘You’ve got the wrong man, Elvis. Are you sure?’”
So now one of the Republican frontrunners is admitting that his Presidential candidacy happened because he's hearing voices that tell him what to do?  He's HEARING VOICES and doing what they say?  Why isn't he being carted off to a mental hospital?!?

Wait.  What.

Oh, God, not Elvis, told Cain to run for President.  God.  Whew.  That's totally different then.

Never mind.

  1. I would have more respect for him if Elvis told him to run. At least I've seen Elvis...
