Montgomery Scott - Simon Pegg (Hot Fuzz, Mission Impossible III)
Hikaru Sulu - Jon Cho (Harold & Kumar)
Pavel Chekov - Anton Yelchin (lots of TV shows)
Nyota Uhura - Zoe Saldana (Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl)
Nero (villain) - Eric Bana (The Incredible Hulk, Troy)
I have huge reservations about this project, but that's a pretty good cast.

I can't believe I'm saying this on a public blog, but Karl Urban is WAY too hot to play McCoy.
So is he related to Keith Urban, or is Urban just Jones in New Zealand/Australia?
