I pulled a muscle in my back the other night. I was lifting something I probably shouldn’t have and twelve hours or so later started feeling some back pain. Yesterday afternoon I was getting spasms which felt like I was being punched in the back. After a decent night, I put on a heat wrap and I was reasonably spasm-free until I arrived at work. Now I’m getting periodic muscle spasms which feel like I’m being punched in the back and in the gut at the same time. Ouch.
I’m trying to move as little as possible. Unfortunate, as I’m finally getting my audition for the Olympic caber-tossing team this afternoon. D’oh!
