Ah, this is going to be a fun time! We're going to learn from the newly elected Republicans all about words and what they mean.
This month's word is MANDATE.
You see, in 2006, when the Democrats took both the House and Senate from the Republicans, they didn't have a MANDATE.
In 2008, when the Democrats added to their majorities in the House and Senate AND took the White House, they still didn't have a MANDATE. Silly Democrats!
But today, when the Republicans have taken the House, they have a MANDATE.
Perfectly clear?
You see, the Republicans, whether in the majority or minority, speak for the American people. Their voice is the only important voice. Democrats are elected by illegal immigrants, liberals, criminals, gays, and other anti-American types so they can never speak for the people.
And that ends this month's lesson.
