I don't believe that any of the events that supposedly inspired Christmas actually happened, but it's a warm, fun holiday where you spend time giving and getting gifts, visiting with family, and hopefully experiencing at least a little peace on Earth.
All of these are nice things whether you believe in Jesus or not.
