So much for caring about the deficit

Well that didn't take long.
Rescinding the federal law to overhaul the health-care system, the first objective of House Republicans who ascended to power this week, would ratchet up the federal deficit by about $230 billion over the next decade and leave 32 million more Americans uninsured, according to congressional budget analysts.

Let's restate that:  Repealing the Health Care Reform will INCREASE the deficit.

This is from the impartial Congressional Budget Office.  The Republicans often use CBO stats to their own ends.  But when it conflicts with their irrational war on the middle and lower class, suddenly they ignore the CBO.

This has to got to be a record for hypocrisy in Congress.  Day ONE of the new Congress and they're already contradicting their campaign pledges.
