Won't anyone think of the corporations?

Think corporations are overtaxed?
“Despite reporting over $5 billion in profits from its domestic operations, the American multinational conglomerate General Electric – headquartered in Fairfield, CTpaid nothing in income taxes. “In fact, G.E. claimed a tax benefit of $3.2 billion.””
GE is just one of several of the largest corporations on the planet that pays no income tax, a list which also includes ExxonMobil, a company which made over $7 billion in one quarter alone last year.  So why are we gutting important social programs that help millions of hurting American families when these corporations aren’t paying any taxes?  Oh, yeah, because the corporations contribute millions to Congressional campaigns.

The Founders would be proud.
