This is Ahsoka Tano, a Jedi Padawan under the training of Anakin Skywalker.
Ahsoka is a character on Star Wars: The Clone Wars on the Cartoon Network. I like Ahsoka as a character because she's earnest, noble, hardworking, skilled and smart. Of course, we don't know what's going to happen to her, as her boss (SPOILER) becomes Darth Vader within a few years, which probably isn't too good for Ahsoka.
This is Ashley Eckstein who does the voice of Ahsoka on the show.
Recently, Ashley, with the help of some make-up and costume folk, had the opportunity to fulfill a dream of hers and for a few moments be more than just Ahsoka's voice.
I think that's pretty cool.
