Chick-Fil-A, also bigots

This is why my family doesn't patronize Chick-Fil-A.
We are very much supportive of the family — the biblical definition of the family unit. We are a family-owned business, a family-led business, and we are married to our first wives. We give God thanks for that. We operate as a family business … our restaurants are typically led by families; some are single. We want to do anything we possibly can to strengthen families. We are very much committed to that.
Thing is, Chick-Fil-A doesn't recognize that gays can, you know, also be families.  Families with loving parents and smiling, innocent children.  Chick-Fil-A has donated millions of dollars to anti-gay marriage groups.

Sadly, we like their food and the stores.  They make good shakes and their chicken sandwiches are delicious.  But a couple of years ago when I found out about the stuff above, I couldn't in good conscience support them.

So screw them and their chicken.  When they want to actually demonstrate some support for real families and show compassion for ALL human beings, and not just those they don't find "icky", then I'll support them again.
