Diet Update! July 12, 2012


I seem to be in a holding pattern. I’ve hit a low of 155 pounds on several days (a loss of 19.5 pounds) but can’t seem to hit 154.5 for a total loss of 20 pounds. To the good, the last time I hit 160 pounds was on June 17. I came perilously close on July 6, when I hit 159.5 pounds after visiting Rachel’s college for orientation. Mostly, I’ve been bouncing between 155 and 157 pounds. The cool thing is, my original goal was 158, so it’s all gravy. Mmmm. Gravy.

I’m going to have to step up my game if I want to hit my revised goal of 152 by the end of July.
