Viewing Habits - Archer

I've started binge-watching  FX's animated spy comedy, Archer, on Amazon Prime. I'd caught a couple of episodes over the years and knew I'd enjoy it, so I started watching it last week. I'm up to the third episode of Season 3 and really loving it. I like the ambiguous timeline of mashed up 60's/70's/80's/90's fashions and technology, the colorful (but static) animation style and backgrounds, and the fantastic voice work. Plus, it helps that the show is just really funny.

I think this is the first show I've ever binge-watched, actually. I rewatched several seasons of Battlestar Galactica on DVD with Rachel until she caught up, but I don't think I've ever watched an entire series in this way. (Although I will soon catch up, the show is still airing new episodes with its seventh season to premier next year.)

I love this show and have watched it since the second or third season. I've gone back and watched it from the beginning.

It's pretty insanely rewatchable and the consistency in quality from episode to episode is pretty amazing. Every single episode is written by show creator Adam Reed, which is mind-blowing.
