Justice 

Violently arresting people without cause and deporting them without due process.

The American Way 

Started an insurrection to overthrow the government and trying very hard to make himself a dictator.

The ironic thing is that the character of Superman could easily make himself a dictator, as he has that power. But he doesn't, because of the above three things.
