No, this is not a snuff film and she's fine. She had a role in the CHEESY new docu-series on TV One, Thou Shalt Not. The premise is that all those lurid true crime shows on Discovery, ID, TLC, and whatnot lack one key element: religion! Yes, this is the show that dares to recreate true, horrific, modern crimes and tell you which commandments the criminals broke! (Spoiler. It's usually thou shalt not kill).
Carol plays a murder victim. Go to about 7:40 in the show to see her brief scene. She even has a line!
The other crimes committed by the two brothers, shown right after Carol honks out, are pretty horrific. You might want to skip the rest.

Well, based on the commentary that follows, it's good to know that her life is in God's hands.
Yeah, I laughed when they said that.
I also enjoyed it when the show explained that murder is bad because only god may give and take life. Yep, that's definitely the only reason murder is bad.
