Tipping? An idea whose time has passed

Here's another, very interesting, reason to pay waitstaff a real, living wage and eliminate tipping. Tipping may result in higher salaries for some high end restaurant workers, but it's a terrible and unpredictable system for millions of others who aren't so lucky.
