Jesus H. Christ. "Momentous Scene". "Pleads Not Guilty". "Puts Secrets at Risk." (Minimizing offenses and no mention of obstruction of justice). A "hero" shot down the airplane stairs with the flag behind him.
Goddamn, journalistic standards have fallen in this country. And the NYT is complicit in normalizing fascism.

You really want to see where journalism is? Fox News today ran a chyron calling Biden a "wannabe dictator."

I'm wary about what I read when it comes to the news as I hate FAUX News and I also hate liberal media bullshit. CNN sucks.
I saw the FOX chyron. Maddening. Apparently it was only up for 27 seconds, but the fact that I saw it several times today suggests that it's work was done.
I get that newspapers and local TV newsrooms are dying, being bought up in bulk by rich conservatives, but if they don't do better, there's no way democracy wins. Much less the national outlets. CNN's disastrous Trump town hall went very badly for them. Let's hope they stop going down the path they're going to be FOX lite.
